You can save your site's web transfer and error logs in a format that can be downloaded. Here's how:

1. Login to your site's control panel.
2. Once logged in, select Preferences from the left side menu to expand it.
3. Select Preferences from the expanded menu and then set "Save Web Transfer Logs" to Yes. Click on Save.

The transfer logs will be saved in a format that can be downloaded and analyzed offline.

Access the Logs menu, under Administration, to view real-time logs or to download archived log files.
