How to View Message Headers in Microsoft Outlook Print

  • 1

From time to time, we will ask you to forward a message to us with the Message Headers visible. This gives us information about the Sender including its IP and route information.

Read how to view Message Headers in Outlook by following this link: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/view-e-mail-message-headers-HA001230300.aspx

Highlight and copy all the information in the Internet Headers box and paste it into the top of the message before forwarding it to us.
